Robert C. Kirschner
Mr. Kirschner serves as Vice President and is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, underwriting and closing new acquisitions, as well as performing asset management on existing investments. Prior to joining Charles River Realty Investors in 2011, Mr. Kirschner spent almost 13 years at New Boston Fund, a Boston-based private equity real estate investment firm. Throughout his career at New Boston, Mr. Kirschner purchased approximately 6 million square feet of real estate throughout the eastern half of the US with an aggregate value of approximately $700 Million. Most recently as vice president, Mr. Kirschner was responsible for the origination and execution of new investment opportunities in New England.
